01
Campaign purpose
Coding Agent Alerts is a single-recipient operational notification service used by its owner. It does not send advertisements, promotions, fundraising messages, or messages on behalf of third parties. An alert is sent only after an automated release workflow attributes a production incident to a change, prepares a narrow revert, and verifies that the revert pull request is mergeable. The owner follows the included GitHub link and independently decides whether to merge.
02
How consent is obtained
The account owner is the only recipient. Before any message can be sent, the owner runs a local, interactive setup program on the owner's Mac and deliberately enters the destination mobile number into macOS Keychain. The number is stored locally and cannot be supplied by a coding agent, a website visitor, an uploaded list, or a third party. Completing this setup is the owner's affirmative consent to receive these operational alerts.
- 1Owner starts setup
The owner launches the local configuration tool in an interactive terminal.
- 2Owner enters one destination
The destination number is entered directly into a protected Keychain prompt.
- 3Sender stays locked
Agents cannot alter the recipient or provide a destination at send time.
- 4Owner remains in control

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or using any other product or service. The service does not support enrollment through SMS keywords, public forms, or verbal consent. Numbers are never purchased, rented, scraped, or imported.
03
Representative messages
Messages identify the service, describe the operational action, include a GitHub revert pull request link, and provide opt-out instructions.
Messages contain embedded links to GitHub. They do not contain lending, age-gated, marketing, or promotional content.
04
Privacy policy
The destination mobile number and messaging-consent record are used solely to deliver owner-authorized production operational alerts. Mobile information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No message content or mobile information is used for advertising.
Twilio processes the destination number and message only as the communications service provider needed to deliver the alert. Local credentials and the destination number are stored in macOS Keychain and are not displayed to coding agents. A local delivery ledger stores only a deduplication key and delivery status, not phone numbers or message bodies.
Message frequency varies and is expected to be rare because messages are sent only for qualifying production incidents. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.
05
Terms of service
By completing the local opt-in setup, the account owner agrees to receive event-driven operational SMS alerts from Coding Agent Alerts. Alerts are informational and require the owner to independently review the linked pull request before taking action. Delivery is not guaranteed and this service is not a replacement for incident-management systems or human review.
The owner may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, no further alerts will be sent unless the owner affirmatively opts in again. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
